Victoria Salazar (Medinilla) has extensive experience in engineering, currently serving as an Associate Engineer at Inland Empire Utilities Agency since February 2021, after progressing from the role of Assistant Engineer within the same organization from September 2018 to November 2020. The Inland Empire Utilities Agency (IEUA) is a municipal water district that supplies imported and recycled water; collects and treats wastewater; and provides other utility related services to the community in a 242-square mile service area. IEUA provides these services in a regionally planned and cost-effective manner to its member agencies located in San Bernardino County. IEUA serves approximately 875,000 residents through its member agencies which include Chino, Chino Hills, Cucamonga Valley Water District, Fontana, Fontana Water Company, Montclair, Monte Vista Water District, Ontario and Upland. IEUA is a leading agency in southern California for water use efficiency, renewable energy, resource management and public awareness while making sustainability a top priority.
