The Inland Empire Utilities Agency (IEUA) is a municipal water district that supplies imported and recycled water; collects and treats wastewater; and provides other utility related services to the community in a 242-square mile service area. IEUA provides these services in a regionally planned and cost-effective manner to its member agencies located in San Bernardino County. IEUA serves approximately 875,000 residents through its member agencies which include Chino, Chino Hills, Cucamonga Valley Water District, Fontana, Fontana Water Company, Montclair, Monte Vista Water District, Ontario and Upland.
