Kenneth Armstrong, MA, has extensive experience in training and development, particularly in early childhood education and special education. Currently serving as the Manager of Training and Development, Early Start Program Manager, and Infant Services Coordinator at Inland Regional Center since October 2012, Kenneth previously held roles at Meruelo Media as a Mixshow Assistant and at ITT Technical Institute as an Adjunct Faculty member. Additionally, Kenneth worked as a Special Education Impact Teacher at Val Verde Unified School District and served in various educational and technical positions throughout a career that spans over two decades, including roles at Morris Desert Radio Group, Diamond Valley Middle School, Sierra Middle School, AT&T, and Accesspoint Corporation. Kenneth holds a Master of Arts in Teaching from National University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from the University of Phoenix.

We are a non-profit agency that has provided support to people with intellectual disabilities, autism, cerebral palsy, and epilepsy since 1972. Today we provide case management and service coordination for more than 45,900 Clients in Riverside and San Bernardino counties.
