Evelyn Khoo

Evelyn Khoo has extensive experience in public service, currently serving as Assistant Commissioner in both the Policy and Planning Division and the Compliance and Data Division at the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) since July 2017, after joining IRAS in October 2015. Prior roles include Director at the National Climate Change Secretariat from 2012 to 2015, Divisional Director at the Ministry of Manpower from 2005 to 2008, and Deputy Director of the Defence Policy Office at the Ministry of Defence from July 2000 to December 2003. Evelyn Khoo holds a Master of Science in Real Estate from the National University of Singapore, an MBA from INSEAD, and a BA Honours in Economics from the University of Cambridge, complemented by executive education at Stanford Graduate School of Business.
