Martha Leyva Cmcc

Martha Leyva CMCC is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in workforce development and employment services. Currently serving as the 211 Careers Program Manager for Inland SoCal United Way since November 2018, Martha has successfully developed strategic plans for pilot programs aimed at increasing livable wages in San Bernardino and Riverside County, while overseeing operations and managing resources. Prior roles include Employment Navigator, where partnerships with employment and training resources were established, and Senior Career Coach at Coalition for Responsible Community Development, responsible for supervising and training career coaches. Martha's earlier experience at LA Works included roles as a Recruiter/Employment Training Specialist and Customer Service Representative. Martha holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business from the University of Redlands and an Associate of Arts Degree in Merchandise Marketing from FIDM.
