Kimberly Martin is a seasoned professional in the mortgage and title industry with extensive experience in loan closing and business development. Currently serving as a Mortgage Loan Closer - Team Lead at Guild Mortgage since December 2022, Kimberly has also worked at Inlanta Mortgage as a Loan Closer since July 2015 and held the position of Mortgage Loan Officer at Cherry Creek Mortgage from January 2015 to July 2015. Earlier career highlights include over eight years at Mayfair Title Corporation as a Business Development / Closing Agent, where expertise in closing purchase and refinance transactions was developed. Kimberly began a career in the industry at Wauwatosa Title & Closing Services, Inc., progressing from reception duties to a closing representative role within one year. Kimberly graduated from Arrowhead High School in 2003.
