James Brolan

James Brolan is a seasoned professional in real estate investments with extensive experience in the commercial real estate sector. Currently serving as the Managing Director of Real Estate Investments at InLight Capital since June 2022, Brolan previously held the position of Managing Director - Capital Markets at JLL from March 2014 to June 2022, where responsibilities included debt and structured finance origination and investment advisory services. Prior roles include Vice President at NorthMarq, Senior Associate at Capital Commercial Investments, Inc., and Senior Consultant at QVal Property Advisors. Brolan holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Trinity University and completed secondary education at St. Thomas High School.
