Zoë Mercurio

Zoë Mercurio has held a variety of roles in the healthcare and education sectors. In 2020, they became the Director of Operations at Inlightened, a network platform that connects innovative healthcare companies to the brightest minds in healthcare. In 2019, they were the Manager of Training at Iora Health. From 2015-2019, they were an Executive Education Program Manager and Executive Education Program Administrator at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health Center for Executive and Continuing Professional Education. From 2013-2015, they held the roles of Associate Director of Client Experience and Client Services Associate at Cambridge Leadership Associates. Zoë was also a Contributing Author/Consultant at National Measurement and Testing, Inc. from 2013-2015, a Freelance Writer at Classroom Resources Ltd. from 2012-2013, a Curriculum Leader for Social Science and Social, Moral, Spiritual and Cultural Education at The Green School for Girls from 2008-2012, and a Teacher of Sociology and Psychology at Tolworth Girls School from 2006-2005.

Zoë Mercurio has a diverse educational background. Zoë obtained a 2 A's, 1B & a C from Nottingham Girls High School between 1995 and 2001, followed by a BA (Hons) in Sociology from the University of York from 2001 to 2004. Zoë then completed a PGCE (Post Graduate Certificate in Education) Post-Compulsory from IOE - UCL's Faculty of Education and Society from 2004 to 2005, and a Graduate Teaching Program (GTP) from Kingston University from 2008 to 2009. In 2017, they began their Graduate Certificate in Organizational Behavior from Harvard Extension School, which they completed in 2019. Zoë also holds additional certifications in Scrum from Scrum Inc. (2019), Professional Cerificate in Organizational Behavior from Harvard Extension School (2019), and Post Graduate Certificate in Education from UCL Institute of Education (2015).
