Aranzazu del Campo serves as the Scientific Director and CEO of the INM-Leibniz Institute for New Materials since September 2015, where the focus is on the intersection of multidisciplinary scientific research and material-oriented technology transfer. Concurrently, Aranzazu del Campo holds the position of Full Professor (W3) for Materials Synthesis at Universität des Saarlandes. Prior roles include leading a Minerva Independent Research Group on "Dynamic Biointerfaces" at the Max Planck Institute for Polymer Research and heading the Program Division "Functional Surfaces" at INM. A background in materials science and engineering is supported by a Doctor of Science in Chemistry and a Master of Science in Macromolecular Science & Engineering obtained from reputable institutions.
