Daryle Starks

Daryle Starks has extensive experience in management and supervision across various industries, including textiles, manufacturing, and facilities management. Currently serving as a Production Supervisor at Inman Mills since October 2019, Daryle oversees a team of 20 personnel in the textile mill slashing department, enhancing production efficiency. Previous roles include Manufacturing Supervisor II at Shaw Industries, where oversight of over 60 inmates was critical for the engineered wood manufacturing process, and Project Manager at CREC Group, LLC, directing multiple HVAC and maintenance projects for over 90 buildings. Daryle's career also includes foundational experience as General Manager of S & D Titan Enterprises, military service as a Gas Turbine Systems Technician in the U.S. Navy, and recruiting leadership roles within Navy Recruiting District Raleigh. Educational background includes attendance at St Andrew's Parish High School from 1986 to 1990.
