Lauren Henss, CDMP, PCM currently serves as the VP of Marketing & Strategic Initiatives at FirstTeam® and is a Contributing Author for Inman. With a rich background in marketing leadership, Lauren held the role of Fractional Chief Growth & Marketing Officer at LCH, Inc. from January 2018 to May 2024 and was the Regional Marketing Director for Southern California & Hawaii at Compass from March 2021 to February 2022. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Marketing for Toll Brothers and as Global Head of Marketing and Communications at Fairmont Private Schools. Prior to these roles, Lauren spent a decade at Curran & Connors, Inc. in various marketing leadership positions. Lauren holds a Master of Business Administration from Augment.org and a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Journalism from the University of the Pacific.
