Alex Stearns

Alex Stearns has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Starting in 2010, they worked as a Customer Service Associate at Ace Hardware, where they assisted customers, managed inventory, and trained new employees. In 2014, they interned as a Legal Intern at Hendrick Bryant Nerhood Sanders & Otis LLP, providing research support for a class action lawsuit. They then worked as a Tasting Room Associate at Raffaldini Vineyards And Winery LLC from 2015 to 2016, conducting wine tastings, selling wine packages, and assisting in grape harvesting and bottling. In 2016, they joined Northwestern Mutual as a Financial Representative, interviewing clients, researching investment options, and making recommendations. From 2017 to 2019, they served as a Senior Account Representative at Inmar Intelligence, handling database maintenance, resolving client issues, and educating clients about the coupon industry. They then moved on to become a Supervisor in the Digital Operations department, leading a team and overseeing the creation of digital offers. Most recently, they were an Account Manager for Rx Returns at Inmar Intelligence.

Alex Stearns completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business from Wake Forest University School of Business from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, Alex obtained a Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature, General from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 2014 to 2016. Additionally, Alex started their Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature, General at the University of North Carolina Wilmington in 2012 and transferred halfway through to the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. In terms of certifications, Alex received a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certificate of Completion from Inmar Intelligent Quality Division in November 2017.
