Alisha Korba

Alisha Korba has diverse work experience in various roles throughout their career. Alisha started their professional journey as a Software Engineer Intern at Inmar Intelligence, where they gained expertise in SQL, EntityFramework, .Net Core, NodeJs, and Angular. Alisha also became familiar with agile software development and regularly presented at sprint reviews. Alisha later transitioned to a full-time Software Engineer at Inmar Intelligence, where they participated in the development of various applications and projects.

In addition to their work at Inmar Intelligence, Alisha also worked as a Graphic Designer at Design Bundles. Alisha then ventured into running their own online business called Sprinkle By Design, where they sell digital files for personal and commercial use. As the owner, they manage design trends, runs social media, engages with customers, and develops high-quality designs using the Adobe Suite.

Before their roles in technology and design, Alisha worked as an Eportfolio Staff at Appalachian State University, where they assisted students in utilizing eportfolios to showcase their work and reflections. Alisha also worked as a Data Support Specialist at the Center for Analytics Research and Education at the same university, focusing on improving bee hive health through data analysis and contributing to discussions on data collection challenges.

Lastly, Alisha's first job was as a Store Clerk and Waitress at the Danbury General Store, where they provided excellent customer service and promoted the local community.

Overall, Alisha Korba has gained extensive experience in software engineering, graphic design, digital business management, educational support, data analysis, and customer service throughout their career.

Alisha Korba completed their education with a Master's degree in Computer Science from Appalachian State University in 2020. Prior to that, they pursued their undergraduate studies at the same university from 2015 to 2019. Alisha also obtained their high school diploma from North Stokes High School in 2015. Additionally, they have acquired various certifications in project management from Coursera, including Capstone: Applying Project Management in the Real World, Google Project Management: Specialization, Agile Project Management, Project Execution: Running the Project, Project Planning: Putting it All Together, Project Initiation: Starting a Successful Project, and Foundations of Project Management. These certifications were obtained between November 2022 and June 2023.
