Connee Geise

Connee Geise has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple companies and roles. Connee currently works as a Sales Training Manager at Inmar Intelligence since 2022.

Prior to that, Connee was employed at NielsenIQ from 2017 to 2022. During their time there, they held several positions including Global Sales Training Manager, where they played a crucial role in establishing the Global Sales Academy. Connee partnered with third-party vendors to develop training programs and was responsible for the learning delivery platform. Connee also worked as a Sales Enablement Manager, providing training and support to drive sales revenue and pipeline growth. Additionally, Connee served as a Solution Sales Engineer, assisting with client needs, demos, and onboarding.

Before joining NielsenIQ, Connee worked at CSS Staffing from 2015 to 2017 as the Director of Business Operations / Account Manager. Connee oversaw operational functions and client relationships, and played a key role in sales by preparing RfPs and conducting client research.

Connee's work experience also includes a role at NTT Ltd. as a Corporate Training Manager from 2014 to 2015. In this position, they revamped new hire orientation and collaborated with sales and leadership to launch a Sales Academy. Additionally, Connee designed and delivered a learning management system.

Their earliest work experience was at Conagra Brands, where they spent a significant part of their career. From 1996 to 2014, Connee held various roles including Enterprise Learning & Development Director, Senior Systems Business Analyst, Senior Network Administrator/Project Manager, and Financial Analyst. In these positions, they were involved in designing and implementing effective systems and processes, gathering requirements, and providing technical support.

In terms of certifications, Connee obtained a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt from Inmar Intelligence in September 2022 and an Instructional Design Certification from the Association for Talent Development (ATD) in December 2021.
