María Jesús Alba Fernández

Mariana Aguirre has extensive experience in the fields of nutrition and business management. Currently, Mariana serves as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, focusing on organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. Mariana also holds the position of Compliance Officer Assistant at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous roles include owning and managing Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, working as a nutritionist in a private practice from February 2016 to 2019, and teaching university courses in applied mathematics for nutrition and food history at a vocational training school from August 2016 to August 2017. Mariana’s academic qualifications include a Diploma in Business Administration and Management from Universidad Anahuac Online and a Bachelor's degree in Food, Nutrition, and Wellbeing from Universidad del Centro de México.
