Donna Bethea-Murphy has over 20 years of work experience in various roles related to regulatory affairs and technology policy. Donna started their career at Airtouch Communications in 1995 as the Director of Technology and Regulatory Affairs. Donna then moved on to PanAmSat in 1997, where they served as the Senior Director of Regulatory Affairs. In 2004, they joined Iridium Satellite LLC as the Vice President of Regulatory, where they were responsible for driving public policy, regulatory affairs, and legislative strategy for the company. During their time at Iridium Satellite, Donna successfully executed domestic and international policy and spectrum campaigns and advised the CEO and C-Level leadership on legislative and regulatory activities. In 2015, they transitioned to Inmarsat, where they currently hold the position of Senior Vice President of Global Regulatory and Technology Policy.
Donna Bethea-Murphy holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Clemson University.
