Sarah Whittingham McIpp

Sarah Whittingham MCIPP has a diverse range of work experience in the payroll and HR operations field. Sarah currently holds the position of Director Global Payroll, HR Shared Services and Global Travel Operations at Inmarsat, where they have been since 2019. Prior to that, they served as the Director Payroll and HR Operations at Inmarsat from 2019 to 2023. Before joining Inmarsat, Sarah held positions at HSBC as the Regional Head of Payroll Governance from 2018 to 2019, and at Verizon as the Senior Manager Payroll - Finance Operations from 2013 to 2018. Sarah also has experience at Covance as the Associate Director, Global Payroll EMEA/APAC from 2012 to 2013, and as the Senior Manager, Payroll EMEA from 2010 to 2012. Sarah's earlier work experience includes positions at Allegis Group as the Payroll Manager from 2006 to 2010, at Capita as the Payroll Support Desk Manager in 2006, at Allegis Group again as the International Payroll Associate from 2001 to 2006, at Honeywell as the HRIS Specialist from 2000 to 2001, at Selven Group Plc as the Software & Technical Analyst (Field Based) from 1999 to 2000, and at Direct Wines as the Payroll and Treasury Analyst Foreign from 1996 to 1999.

Sarah Whittingham MCIPP completed a Certificate and Diploma in Payroll Management at The Learn Centre from 2008 to 2009. Prior to that, they obtained an ILM in NVQ Level 3 Management from Skills team Ltd from 2007 to 2008.
