Glenn Acevedo

Glenn Acevedo has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as an IT Support Specialist at Inmediata Health Group since November 2022. Prior to this, they worked as an IT Support at Caribbean Produce Exchange, Inc. from July 2019 to December 2022. Glenn also gained experience in technical support and network resolution as a Business Tech Support at Liberty Business from February 2018 to June 2019, and as a Tier 1 Technical Support at Liberty of Puerto Rico from July 2017 to February 2018. Before entering the IT field, Glenn worked as a Collection Call Center at First Bank Puerto Rico from November 2016 to April 2017, and as a Task Manager at Bahia Beach Resort & Golf Club from March 2015 to August 2016.

Glenn Acevedo attended the American University of Puerto Rico from 2008 to 2014, where they pursued a degree in System Information with a field of study in Business Administration. In addition to their formal education, Glenn has obtained various certifications from different institutions. Glenn received certifications in Anger Management, Being Positive at Work, and Communicating with Diplomacy and Tact from LinkedIn. Glenn also obtained certifications in CompTIA A+ (220-901) Cert Prep: 1 Core Processing and CompTIA A+ (220-901) Cert Prep: 2 Core Hardware from Lynda.com in September 2017. Additionally, Glenn has acquired multiple certifications from Lynda.com in subjects such as Building Customer Loyalty, Business Ethics, Critical Thinking, and others, all obtained in August 2017.
