Daniela Mardale is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer service and public relations. Currently serving as the Assistant Manager of Customer Service at InMode since January 2019, Daniela has successfully managed the end-to-end process for customer orders, conducted project management, onboarded customers, analyzed spending patterns, trained the customer support team, and optimized customer experience processes through data-driven proposals. Prior to InMode, Daniela worked as a Public Relations Officer at CNCIR, where communication initiatives significantly enhanced the organization's visibility. Daniela's career began as a Youth Coordinator at A Chance for the Future, a government-sponsored initiative focused on skill acquisition for lower-income individuals. Academically, Daniela holds a Master's degree in International Business Communication from ASE Bucharest and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing.
