Luciana W. has extensive work experience in customer service and fraud management roles. Luciana started their career in 2000 as an Administrative Assistant and HR intern at Langtech. From 2004 to 2010, they served as the Manager of Customer Service Department and Fraud Management Specialist at Ellusionist.com Magic Beyond Belief. In 2011, they took a break from their professional career to work as a caregiver at home. In 2014, they joined Brouwer & Janachowski / Nelson Staffing as a Client Relations Specialist, providing operational and administrative support to Financial Advisors. Later in 2014, Luciana joined Nexway as a Customer Service and Fraud Management specialist. Luciana progressed to become the Customer Service Lead at Nexway in January 2018.

Luciana W. obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas, from 1994 to 1999. In 1999, they also received a Certificate in Marketing from the University of California, Berkeley.
