Pradeep Mahajan has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Pradeep started their career at Wipro Technologies in 2007 as an Application Analyst and worked there until 2011. Pradeep then joined IBM as a Remedy Administrator, where they were responsible for troubleshooting ITSM application issues and attending CAB meetings with customers. In 2012, they transitioned to Capgemini as a Consultant, managing incidents, problems, and changes, as well as configuring systems according to client requirements. Pradeep joined Tech Mahindra in the same year, initially working as an Associate Tech Specialist, where they designed and implemented the Tech Mahindra Service Desk portal. Pradeep later became an ITSM Consultant, responsible for IT Governance Consulting and applying excellence framework principles. Currently, Pradeep is working at inMorphis as a Manager Business Process Consultant, working with clients to achieve their business outcomes in ITSM and advising them on managing business change within their organizations.
Pradeep Mahajan holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Savitribai Phule Pune University. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in ITIL Foundation V 3 from EXIN your ICT competence partner and ITIL Service Operation.
