Ruchi Saxena

Ruchi Saxena has over 20 years of work experience. Ruchi is currently serving as the Practice Head - Quality Assurance at inMorphis since September 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Maverick Quality Advisory Services Pvt. Ltd. as a Sr. Consultant from August 2017 to August 2022. Ruchi also worked at Canon India as Sr. Manager- Planning, HRD from January 2015 to August 2017. Ruchi held the position of Manager - Quality at Canon India from September 2005 to December 2015. Before joining Canon India, Ruchi served as an Assistant Manager at Canon India Pvt. Ltd. from September 2005 to November 2007. Ruchi started their career as a Project Leader at FCS Software Solutions ltd. in January 2002 and worked there until September 2005. Throughout their career, Ruchi has gained expertise in quality assurance, project management, software test management, and implementing management standards. Ruchi has effectively managed multiple projects and divisions simultaneously and collaborated with clients from various countries.

Ruchi Saxena's education history includes multiple degrees and certifications. Ruchi obtained an MBA from Amity University, graduating in 2010. In the same year, they also completed a PG Diploma in Quality Management with a specialization in Quality from ICFAI. Prior to this, they attended Delhi University from 1998 to 2002, earning a Bachelor of Information Technology (BIT) degree. Ruchi also attended St. Anthony's Sr. Sec School from 1984 to 1998. Additionally, they have acquired certifications in IT Service Management, specifically the ITIL v4 Foundation from Axelos, and a Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
