Nik Nepomuceno has been working in the customer success and account management fields since 2006. In that time, they have held various roles with a number of companies. From 2006 to 2012, they were the General Manager of TriangleFiesta, the Marketing Specialist of G&V Business Enterprises, LLC, and the Account Manager and Reporter of rAVe [Publications]. From 2017 to 2019, they were the Project Manager and Account Manager of PrecisionHawk. Most recently, they have been the Enterprise Customer Success Manager of Lytho, formerly inMotionNow, since 2021. Prior to this, they were the Key Account Manager of MANN+HUMMEL Group from 2019 to 2021.

Nik Nepomuceno completed their education history with a Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 2 certification obtained in December 2022 from SuccessHACKER. Prior to this, they obtained a Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 certification in June 2022 from the same institution. Before that, Nik obtained an Associates in Arts degree from Durham Technical Community College in 2010, majoring in Political Science. Nik also attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 2011 to 2013, where they earned a degree in International Studies, focusing on Global Economy, Trade, and Development. Nik's educational journey began at Chapel Hill High School, which they attended from 2005 to 2007.
