Mark Ratliff

Mark Ratliff has an extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Mark currently holds the position of Director of Property Operations at Inn at Perry Cabin since January 2023. Prior to that, they worked as an Area Director of Engineering at IHG Hotels & Resorts from June 2022 to January 2023. Mark also served as the Director of Engineering at Mauana Kea Beach Hotel from December 2021 to June 2022.

From December 2017 to December 2021, Mark worked as the Director of Engineering at Hilton Hotels & Resorts, where they had full oversight of all projects and engineering for a 150-room Five Star secluded Island Resort Property. Before that, they were the AVP of Engineering at Widus Hotel and Casino from January 2015 to December 2017.

Mark has also served as the General Manager at Kanoa Resort from June 2012 to January 2015, where they were responsible for re-branding and overall management of a 224-room Beach Front Resort. Mark started their career as the Director of Engineering at Imperial Palace Resort from June 2011 to May 2012.

Prior to that, Mark held the position of Director of Engineering Dual Property at Fiesta Resort Guam from January 2007 to June 2011. Mark also worked as the Director of Engineering at Pacific Islands Club Saipan from February 2005 to January 2007 and as the Manager Facilities at Pacific Islands Club Guam from April 2001 to February 2005.

Mark Ratliff has over 20 years of experience as a Hotelier. Mark served in the USMC Aviation Ordnance and was a Desert Storm Veteran from 1982 to 1991, specializing in aviation ordnance munitions. Additionally, they have obtained a Universal HVAC Certification from the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
