Girish Gaikar

Girish Gaikar is an Electronics Design Engineer currently employed at InnAccel. Prior to this, they were a Product Development Engineer at Ai Health Highway India Private Limited from 2020 to 2021, where they worked on AiSteth Hardware design and Manufacturing and handled the first batch of 200 units Production for AiSteth 1.0. From 2018 to 2020, they were a Product Development Engineer and Consulting Engineer at Bempu Health Pvt. Ltd., where they were responsible for PCB design for Tempwatch 10X, design of sensing circuits for Hypothermia monitoring bracelet, design of experiments to test requirements, product V&V, design in compliance with Regulatory requirements, and ISO13485- Design Histroy file for hypothermia monitoring bracelet. Additionally, they were responsible for QC, QA ApneBoot (self apnea monitoring and correcting device) and RCA for the field failed units for BEMPU HYPOTHERMIA ALERT DEVICE. In 2018, they were an Intern at Coeo Labs Pvt. Ltd., where they worked under project manager and project developers to come up with a design for air-O2 blender with 97% accuracy and can be used with cpap machine for infants, performed CAD designing and its analysis using ANSYS, and Alpha and Beta testing of 'Saans' -A cpap device for infants.

Girish Gaikar received a Bachelor of Technology in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology between 2014 and 2018.
