Jen Shane

Jen Shane has over 13 years of experience in the beauty industry. Jen started their career in 2007 as an Assistant Buyer and Assistant Planner at Lord & Taylor. In 2009, they moved to QVC as an Assistant Buyer, where they managed cosmetics brands with over $250M in annual sales. In 2011, Jen Shane joined Tarte Cosmetics as a Product Development Marketing Manager, where they championed innovative concepts and product ideas for the consumer market. In 2013, they were promoted to Manager Global Product Development & Marketing at Bare Escentuals. In 2014, they became the Director of Product Development at TATCHA. In 2016, Jen Shane started their own company, Nella Beauty Consulting & Development LLC, where they provided product development and brand strategy consulting. Finally, in 2020, they co-founded INNBEAUTY PROJECT.

Jen Shane attended Columbia University from 2002 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology.
