Baldwin Guchu

Baldwin Guchu serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Director at InnBucks since June 2023. Additionally, Baldwin holds a position as a Board Member at Education Matters Africa, an organization dedicated to connecting youth with opportunities. Previously, Baldwin was the Group Finance Director at Simbisa Brands Limited from December 2018 to February 2025, and worked at Ecobank Transnational Incorporated from October 2011 to November 2018 in various roles including Senior Manager for Corporate and Investment Banking, Regional Chief Finance Officer for East Africa, Regional Business Manager for Southern Africa, and Chief Finance Officer for Zimbabwe. Baldwin also served as a Board Member at Ecobank Mozambique and was the Group Manager for Business Performance at Kingdom Financial Holdings Ltd. Earlier career experience includes roles at PwC as Audit Manager and Audit Associate. Baldwin holds an MBA from the University of Cape Town GSB and degrees in Accounting from UNISA and the National University of Science and Technology (ZW).
