Melissa Bradt possesses extensive experience in behavioral health and customer service, currently serving as a Senior Registered Behavior Technician and Case Manager at Inner Circle Autism Network since July 2019. In this role, Melissa builds rapport with clients, implements treatment plans, and promotes positive communication and social skills. Additionally, Melissa has been a Customer Service Associate at Lowe's Companies, Inc. since October 2008, handling various customer inquiries and training staff. Past roles include Graduate Assistant and Behavioral Health Technician at the University of Arkansas and Piney Ridge Treatment Center, respectively. Melissa holds a Master of Science in Human Development and Family Studies, along with dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Psychology and Communication and Media Studies from the University of Arkansas, and an Associate's degree from Genesee Community College.

Our approach to therapy is designed to make learning a positive and enjoyable experience for everyone. Our goal is to inspire every child to grow, learn, play, connect, wonder, and discover. We believe that children learn best through hands-on, play-based interaction. If a child is having fun, they will not only gain new skills, but they will also develop a love for learning.
