Ryan VerWys has extensive experience in leadership and community development, currently serving as CEO of ICCF Community Homes since July 2015. Prior to this role, Ryan held the position of Operations Director at Christian Reformed Home Missions, where collaboration with leaders across North America focused on community support and empowerment. Ryan's background includes serving as Executive Director at Little House Inc., a treatment facility for women overcoming addiction, and at Our Place Housing Solutions, as well as Kingdom Causes Bellflower, which addresses urban challenges through community mobilization. Additionally, Ryan served as a Youth Pastor at New City Church and gained early experience at World Renew. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from Calvin University, alongside training in urban leadership and non-profit management at various institutions.

ICCF Community Homes exists to create equitable opportunity, affordable homes, and thriving neighborhoods throughout the greater Grand Rapids area. ICCF offers several educational services and programs. These programs include emergency housing, long-term affordable rental housing, and homeownership opportunities. Our team welcomes the opportunity to establish partnerships with area churches, colleges, businesses, and community groups to either build a new home or renovate an existing home in the Grand Rapids area.
