Christine Alred is an experienced educator currently serving as a teacher at ICEF Public Schools since July 2018. Prior to this role, Christine worked as a visual technician for the Carmel High School Marching Band and Franklin Central Marching Band, where responsibilities included teaching body movement and foot techniques to students. Additionally, Christine interned at North Central Church Christ, where a summer program curriculum was developed and implemented for K-6 students. Christine holds a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Purdue University and is pursuing a Master's degree in Teacher Leadership at Brandeis University, expected to be completed in May 2024.

ICEF was one of the first charter school management organizations to open in Los Angeles, and quickly became a leader in raising the achievement levels of African-American and Latino/Hispanic students in the State of California.
