Whibs H. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational design and development, customer service, and operational process improvement. Currently serving as the Deputy Director and COO at Booker T. Washington Community Service Center since July 2023, Whibs also holds positions on the Executive and Associate Boards of Inneract Project and leads Howes Whibs Design as Principal Consultant & Designer since January 2008. Previous roles include Director of People Operations at Elemental Excelerator and Chief of Staff in various organizations, demonstrating a strong background in executive support and project administration. Whibs holds a degree in Art History from the University of Colorado Boulder and has studied at Imperial College London.
