Mallika Shah has diverse work experience in the field of psychology. Mallika started their career as a Community Volunteer at Santulan Deaddiction Centre in 2015. From 2016 to early 2017, they volunteered at The Akanksha Foundation. In 2017, they worked as a Volunteer at Connecting NGO, specializing in suicide prevention. In 2018, Mallika gained experience as an Intern at KEM Hospital Pune and as an Internship Trainee at Vidula Psychological Centre. Additionally, they worked as a Research Assistant at Vasudeo Paralikar Clinic. Mallika's most recent role was as a Clinical Psychology Intern at the Hospital for Mental Health, where they received comprehensive training in working with patients suffering from various mental disorders. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Consultant Psychologist at Amaha (formerly InnerHour).

From 2012 to 2014, Mallika Shah completed their Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) in Science at Fergusson College.

Mallika Shah completed their Secondary School Certificate (SSC) at St Joseph High School from 2002 to 2012.
