Shradha Bhair

Shradha Bhair's work experience includes a role as a Senior Consultant Psychologist at Amaha (formerly InnerHour) since July 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Psychologist/Support Behaviour Trainer at Insighte from August 2019 to January 2020. In 2019, they also had internships at Insighte and Brainability International Autism Treatment and Therapy Center.

From 2020 to 2022, they attended Amity University Kolkata and completed their M.phil in Clinical Psychology (RCI recognized) with a focus on Clinical Psychology.

- In June 2020, they were a keynote speaker at Insighte, where they spoke on the topic "Building Resilience and Independence in Children."

- In May 2020, they received certifications as a Mindfulness Practitioner (Level 1, 2, 3, and Master) from Achology.

- Furthermore, they have also participated in Art-Based Therapy workshops offered by Antidote Mental Health and presented a paper at Mata Sundri College for Women.
