Scott McMillen

Scott McMillen has extensive legal experience, with their most recent role being General Counsel at InnerPlant since October 2022. Prior to this, they held various positions at Charles Schwab, including Vice President and Associate General Counsel from 2003 to 2022, Vice President and Senior Corporate Counsel from 2000 to 2003, and Corporate Counsel from 1999 to 2000. Before joining Charles Schwab, McMillen worked at Bank of America, where they served as Senior Counsel from 1996 to 1999, Counsel from 1991 to 1996, and Associate Counsel from 1988 to 1991.

Scott also holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business.
