Natalie Capili has worked in various industries over the past seven years. In 2015, they began working as a Freelance Makeup Artist for Artistry. In 2016, they began working as an Xperience Associate for Xperience Hospitality Management, where they created and implemented daily statistical reports, managed corporate accounts, answered customer inquiries, and sought opportunities to maximize revenue. In 2018, they began working as a Service Agent for Hilton. In 2021, they worked as a Production Engineering Intern at Heroku for Salesforce. Currently, they are working as an Executive Assistant to the CEO of Innersense Organic Beauty, where they work closely with the CEO to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, and acts as a "barometer" having a sense for the issues taking place in the environment.
