Dawn D'Amico

Dawn D'Amico has extensive work experience in human resources and finance. Dawn currently works at Winter Services Inc. as a Human Resources Manager since June 2019. Prior to that, they held various roles at JPMorgan Chase. From January 2002 to September 2017, they served as an HR Business Partner and Vice President, providing strategic HR advice and leadership to a team of 1,100 employees. Dawn managed a team that designed and administered over 20 compensation plans. Before that, from January 1999 to January 2002, they worked as a Financial Analyst and Assistant Vice President. Dawn D'Amico started their career at JPMorgan Chase as a Mortgage Loan Closer from January 1994 to January 1999 and then as a Due Diligence Loan Reviewer from August 1992 to January 1994.
