Nerea Olazar has over 15 years of experience in the Quality Assurance field. Nerea began their career in 2005 as a Quality Engineer at Stoneridge Electronics, where they were responsible for leading ISO 9001:2000 internal audits and determining corrective action effectiveness. In 2006, they moved to Johnson Controls as a Quality Engineer, where they improved customer relationships, PPMs, and defect reduction. In 2007, they joined Lear Corporation as a Quality Systems Engineer, achieving ISO TS 16949 certification in nine months. From 2010 to 2012, they served as Quality Manager at Speco Wind Power, managing people's work time and objective achievement. From 2012 to 2015, they worked as Quality Superintendent at Trinity Industries, where they reduced quality defects by analyzing potential defects and finding root causes. In 2018, they joined Interplex as a Quality Engineer, where they conducted weekly conference meetings with customers for updates. Most recently, in 2021, they began working as a Sr. Quality Assurance Engineer at InNeuroCo, Inc.

Nerea Olazar attended Texas A&M University from 1999 to 2003, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Engineering Technology, General and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Engineering Technology.
