Tim Johnson

Tim Johnson, CPA, is an experienced accounting professional currently serving as the Director of Accounting at InnFACT Advisors since January 2023. Prior roles include Assistant Controller and Senior Accounting Manager at Watermark Lodging Trust, Inc. from June 2020 to January 2023, as well as various managerial positions at W. P. Carey Inc. from July 2015 to June 2020. Tim began a career in auditing at KPMG, working as a Senior Associate and Audit Associate, focusing on financial statement audits for real estate firms and employee benefit plans. Early experiences include roles with Bloomberg Ventures, Bloomberg, and internships at RBC Capital Markets and Elon University. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Elon University and has undertaken additional studies at the University of International Business and Economics.
