Luke Papini

Luke Papini has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Luke started their career at TriTech Software & Services as a Software Developer, where they developed premium tax software and trained regional clients on its features. Luke then joined WellBenders Directional Services, LLC as an O&G MWD Field Operator Lead, where they led and managed a crew, programmed measuring tools, and monitored drilling data in various oil and gas locations. Luke later worked at Verdande Technology as a Remote Drilling Operations Manager, where they directed a team analyzing drilling locations and maintained real-time operations. Luke also served as a Technology Delivery Manager at Verdande Technology, managing projects for clients such as Shell, Petrobras, and BP. This experience involved facilitating communications between teams and traveling for client knowledge transfer. Luke then transitioned to GE Power, where they worked as a Service Sales & Brazil Operations Manager. In this role, they developed and managed service processes, provided proposals to channel partners, and ensured accurate warranty service kits were delivered. Currently, Luke works at INNIO Group as a Lead Commercial Manager, collaborating with regional leadership and sales managers to develop strategies and prepare proposals for service products.

Luke Papini holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a focus on Finance, General from the University of Houston. In addition, they have obtained certifications including Six Sigma Green Belt Certified (SSGBC) from GoLeanSixSigma.com in 2017 and Case Builder 1 (Drilling Pattern Recognition) Certification from Verdande Technology in 2014.
