Dawn Novy

Dawn Novy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in corporate culture and community relations. Currently serving as the Director of Corporate Culture at Innisfree Hotels since December 2022, Dawn previously excelled as the VP of Communications & Member Relations for the Gulf Coast Minority Chamber of Commerce from June 2019 to December 2022. Dawn's background includes a significant tenure at the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Emerald Coast, where roles spanned from Administrator of Club Services & Program Advancement to Director of Program Development, Outcomes & Grants, as well as Grants Manager and Unit Director. Dawn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Recreation & Sport Management from the University of Maine at Machias, earned between 1995 and 2001.
