Rafael Muñoz Beltrán has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Rafael started their career as an R&D Engineer and later became a Project Manager at Tecnatom, S.A., where they coordinated teams and worked on various projects related to structural integrity and quality control. From there, they joined Tecnitasa Gestion Hipotecaria, S.A. as the Managing Director, overseeing the company's operations and managing a large team. Rafael then co-founded Alción Tecnologías de la Información, where they focused on strategic analysis, business planning, and the adaptation of processes and information technologies. After that, they served as the Postgraduate Manager at Escuela Internacional de Gerencia - ESIC Granada, where they handled sales and operations and reported to National Academic Managers. Rafael also worked as a Business Plan Tutor and Adjunct Professor at Instituto de Empresa and ESIC Business & Marketing School, respectively. In 2009, they became an Advisor at Strategic Symphony. In 2017, they founded Innitius, a medical device company, where they served as a Strategic Advisor. Currently, Rafael holds the position of an Associate Professor at Universidad de Granada, where they specialize in nonlinear ultrasonics models and prediction models using neural networks. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in academia, business management, strategic planning, and research.
