Wah Yan Koong

Wah Yan Koong has held various roles throughout their work experience. Wah Yan is currently working as the Head of Research and Development at Innity since 2022. Before that, they worked as an Information Technology Management consultant at IExplorer Solutions Sdn Bhd from 2017 to 2022. In 2014, they served as the Information Technology Operations Manager at MALAYSIA SOCIAL SECURITY ORGANISATION (SOCSO). Prior to that, they worked as a Data Migration Consultant at MIMOS Berhad from 2012 to 2014. In 2011, they were a Business Unit Manager at IFCA. From 2004 to 2010, they founded their own consulting firm named Wyan Consulting. Additionally, they worked as a CRM Architect at IBM from 2004 to 2006 and as a Senior Consultant at WorldGroup Consulting from 1997 to 2004.

Wah Yan Koong completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of South Australia from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Information Technology from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia from 1994 to 1997. Wah Yan'seducational journey began at Chung Hwa Kindergarten, where they completed their primary, secondary, and pre-university education from 1979 to 1993. In addition to their formal education, Wah Yan Koong has also obtained various certifications in data science from Harvard University through edX, including the Data Science Professional Certificate and several specialized courses in areas such as Machine Learning, Linear Regression, and Probability. Wah Yan is also certified by The Trade Desk in their Executive Program.
