Jenny Boronyak

Jenny Boronyak is currently the Marketing Director for Innive Inc., a position they have held since 2020. Prior to that, they worked for Enfocus Solutions Inc. from 2012 to 2020, where they held various positions including Consultant, Marketing & Communications Manager, Senior Copywriter, Research Analyst, and Support Agent. As a Consultant, Jenny was part of a team implementing Oracle OBIEE 12C at LAUSD, and was responsible for developing and managing all proprietary software user documentation, as well as supporting the Organizational Change Manager as a Change Practitioner. As a Senior Copywriter, they were responsible for writing and maintaining the Framework, a proprietary methodology published by Enfocus Solutions Inc., in addition to writing, editing, and publishing all marketing content, including white papers, blogs, press releases, and emails.

Jenny Boronyak has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English with a concentration in Professional Writing from The University of Texas at San Antonio. In addition, they have obtained two certifications: The Fundamentals of Leading Change from Kotter in November 2019, and Change Management Practitioner from Prosci in June 2017.
