Elias Schneider

Elias Schneider currently serves as Business Operations Lead and Team Lead for Smart City initiatives at inno2grid GmbH since September 2020, also working as a Smart City Consultant. Prior experience includes roles as Management Consultant, Change Project Lead, and Agile Coach at Consistency GmbH & Co.KG from May 2016 to September 2020, as well as an External Consultant role. Previous positions include a Diploma Student at Siemens, where work focused on assessing the sustainability of future building stocks within Siemens Energy Automation, alongside an earlier role as a Working Student in the IT Department of the same organization. Elias Schneider holds a Master of Science in Sustainable Urban Development from Vietnamese-German University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Business Administration and Engineering with a focus on Environment and Sustainability from Berlin University of Applied Sciences. Additionally, experience includes a period at Arizona State University from 2010 to 2011.
