Jaime Cabrera has over 25 years of experience in the creative industry. Jaime currently holds the position of VP, Group Creative Director at INNOCEAN USA. Additionally, they are the author of the book "What's The Big Idea: An Indispensable Guide to Becoming a Kick-Ass Creative Director" and hosts the podcast "Confessions of a Creative Director". Previously, Jaime has held executive creative director roles at R&CPMK and Octagon, where they contributed to launching IPG's experiential marketing agency, Advantage. Jaime has also worked as a senior creative director at Jack Morton Worldwide and as a creative director at Time Warner Inc. In the early years of their career, Jaime gained experience as a writer/producer at The Laster Group in Texas. Overall, Jaime Cabrera has a diverse and extensive background in creative leadership and has worked with various brands and organizations throughout their career.
