Ella Mutch

Ella Mutch has extensive experience in leadership and project management within the beverage and consulting industries. Currently serving as the IBP Team Lead at innocent drinks since November 2014, Ella manages an 8-member team while overseeing the S&OP cycle to enhance decision-making processes. Previous roles at innocent drinks include Portfolio Programme Manager, where responsibility included the delivery of a 3-year juice portfolio plan, and Senior Category Manager. Prior to innocent drinks, Ella worked at the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment as a Senior Facilities Administration Officer, and has held various positions in marketing and analysis at Care Training East Midlands, Percival Consulting, and Microsoft. Ella holds a degree in Business and Management from the University of Exeter, where involvement as a Student Ambassador was also notable.
