Nicole Gagliardi

Nicole Gagliardi is a Generative AI Associate at Innodata Inc. since October 2023, bringing diverse experience in customer service and communications. Previously, Nicole served as Customer Service Manager at Hobby Lobby from September 2020 to October 2023, and held roles as a Cashier and Sales Associate in the same company. Prior experience includes working as a Communications Assistant for the UNC Music Department and a Neurosurgery Student Associate at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Medicine. Earlier roles also include Office Assistant at Trion IAQ and Jazz Media Communications Assistant for the UNC Department of Music.
