Vivek is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered
Certified Accountants. He joined Innodis in 2005 as
the Head of finance. Vivek has more than 21 yearso
experience in the agro-industry and the commercial
sector, with exposure in the shipping andIT
industries. He is a director of Ariva Ltée and chairs
the board of Salière de L'Ouest Limitée. He is also
the Chairperson of the Audit and Risk Committee of
Meaders Feeds Ltd and a member of the Audit
Committee of Ariva Ltée. Vivek does not hold any
directorships in other listed companies.
