Mika Schafroth

Mika Schafroth is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in product development and engineering within the software industry. Currently serving as the Director of Product Development at Innofactor, Mika leads the strategic initiatives for the Dynasty platform, a cloud-based solution for document and records management. Prior to this role, Mika was the Director of Engineering at RELEX Solutions, where key SaaS components were delivered for supply chain and retail planning solutions. Earlier career milestones include senior engineering positions at Finnair, Enevo Inc., Transfluent, Scoopshot, and Kyte, showcasing a strong background in software engineering and team leadership.
