Swarnendu then worked as a Technical Lead at iDuple Private Ltd., where they designed and developed an application that functioned like a browser-based operating system. Swarnendu also has experience as an Independent Technology Consultant, working with notable companies such as Google and Best Buy, helping them with product and tech strategy, fundraising, and product development. In 2012, they co-founded Innofied Solution Pvt. Ltd, an award-winning app development company that specializes in creating mobile apps, games, and cloud-based web applications. Swarnendu has been successfully helping professionals and businesses grow their revenues through rich web and mobile applications.

Swarnendu De completed their Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology (IIEST), Shibpur. Swarnendu attended the institute from 2003 to 2007.
